As humans living in an overstimulated fast-paced environment, we are bound to feel anxious, unmotivated or without purpose from time to time – as we get caught up in the busyness of the world and forget to connect with ourselves. At A Mindful World I aim to provide guidance and science backed research on how you can overcome procrastination, boost your mental well being and achieve your goals by making small changes to your routine. We will focus in on the importance of self-care, mindfulness, and positive thinking in order to create internal and external equilibrium. Drawing in from my own personal experiences.  

Being mindful is not just about our own thoughts and feelings. I believe it’s important to consider our surrounding environments and how our actions impact others, animals, and the planet – which is why we will discuss how to be individually and collectively more environmentally sustainable and conscious of our consumer habits e.g. skincare, diet and fashion.

All progress takes place outside the comfort zone.
